(01) Postdoc Position in Visual AutoML for Autonomous Driving:
- University Name: University of Amsterdam
- Duration: 3 Years
- Deadline: 31st December 2023
- Motivation: In autonomous driving, safety is the top concern. Existing detection algorithms focused on the semantics of the environment, such as finding and identifying people. Predicting walkers’ plans, such as whether they are going to cross the street or take another path or if they will see approaching vehicles and intend to produce, is less often utilized.
- Purpose: The purpose of this project is to create a systematic approach for predicting pedestrians’ attitudes in typical driving circumstances. To predict the intentions of the scene’s people walking, we knowingly adopt the viewpoint of a self-driving car. We pay special attention to those intentions that are required for safety.

- Duration: 01 Year
- Deadline: : 07th July 2023
We want to learn more about how to fight against false information during a public health emergency like the COVID-19 epidemic in a year-long effort financed by ZonMw. Three sections form the basis of this project. We seek to find out how journalists and brokers for so-called vulnerable groups treated and communicated about misinformation, as well as if they might use a different strategy given the knowledge they have today. Additionally, using a content analysis of traditional and social media, we hope to learn more about the methods that journalists and brokers used during the COVID-19 crisis to warn the public and vulnerable groups about false information, accordingly.

(04)Postdoc Position on Digitally Enforceable Data Sharing contracts:
- University Name: University of Amsterdam
- Deadline: 25th June 2023
A Postdoctoral Researcher in the fields of global systems, formal techniques, and programming languages is needed by the University of Amsterdam (UvA). The UvA and Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica (CWI) are working together on the theory and design of domain-dependent software languages for the high-level specification of digitally enforceable contracts, in particular data sharing agreements, as part of the Secure Scalable Policy-enforced Distributed Data Processing (SSPDDP) project. The languages, which are based on law fundamentals, enable the formal understanding of binding agreements to be connected to the fundamentals of an implementation environment, such as the operations on a blockchain platform and the access requests in an access-control system. The objective is to make it possible for high-level contract requirements to be connected and automatically executed into distributed systems for data exchange and coordination
