Postdoc Fellowship Title: Research Fellow in Qualitative Methods
Two experienced qualitative post-doctoral researchers with a focus on racial inequalities in mental health are needed. The researchers will be part of a warm team of quantitative and qualitative researchers collaborating on an NIHR-funded study to look into disparities in antidepressant prescribing in primary care for the South Asian diaspora. The goal of this project is to investigate new fundamental communication models and schemes that dynamically program and customize indoor wireless propagation environments for enhanced wireless communication. This will be done by integrating wave-chaotic dynamics physics, random matrix theory mathematics, reconfigurable electromagnetic surfaces (RIS) engineering, and the computing capability of an adiabatic quantum annealer.
