- To maintain information files and processing paperwork.
- Ensure that backup of departmental record
- Develop plans to prioritise, organise, and accomplish the assigned task. Ensure scheduling & coordination within Department.
- To maintain confidentiality
- Ability to manage effective correspondence within and outside the Directorate/Department.
