Scholarship Benefits:

Selected students will receive a scholarship covering tuition, admission processing fee, security deposit, and hostel fee (if applicable) for the MS (Naval Architecture) program, as well as a monthly stipend of Rs 25,000/-. The individual will be responsible for all other expenses.

  • Mechanical and Manufacturing
  • Automotive
  • Industrial and Manufacturing from an HEC-recognized university.
• 16  years of education or 4 years of relevant education after HSSC/A-level
• Minimum 60% marks
• GAT (General) conducted on or after 01 May 2021 till Jun 2023 by NTS or
• HAT conducted by HEC on or after May 2022 till June 2023
  • with at least 50 accumulative test scores or

GRE (General) conducted by ETS, USA, with the following minimum score, separately in each section:

  • Quantitative: 151/170
  • Verbal: 146/170
  • Analytical Writing: 3.5/6.0

Guidelines on How to Submit an Application for the Karachi Shipyard Merit-based Scholarship 2023 in Pakistan:

• If a selected individual’s performance is deemed to be inadequate during the MS program.
• The scholarship will be withdrawn immediately, and the recipient will be required to reimburse all expenses and overheads incurred in connection with the award (up to Rs. 3.0 million).
• A no objection certificate (NOC) from the current employer (if currently employed) will be required.
• No TA/ DA will be allowed.
