To apply for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Scholarships, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Candidates should not have any other scholarship award.

• These scholarships are offered for almost all disciplines, including politics, law, education, administration, economics, engineering, computer science, agriculture, Arabic / Islamic studies, and media sciences.
• These scholarships are offered by 25 universities in the country as given below.
  With the exception of Princess Noor Bint Abdul Rehman University for Girls, Riyadh and the Islamic University of Madinah, each university is only allowed to admit 5% of international students. Princess Noor Bint Abdul Rahman University for Girls, Riyadh has an 8% admission rate on scholarships, while Jamia Islamia Madinah Munawarah admits 85% of the total seats on scholarships.
• The university will forward the application to the Saudi Ministry of Education, which decides the final award of scholarships to eligible applicants.
