Application Requirements:
To apply for these bursaries, you must meet the eligibility requirements set out below:
- Become a Pakistani / AJ& K citizen and permanent resident of Pakistan / AJ & K. Citizens of two countries are eligible.
- Be there to start your studies in the UK at the beginning of the UK academic year in September / October 2022.
- To obtain a Master’s Degree, an applicant must obtain a bachelor’s degree in the relevant certificate (Bachelor’s / degree 16 degrees) in the relevant field of study by closing the application date.
- For a Ph.D. bursary, an applicant must obtain a first degree in the relevant postgraduate certificate level (17/18 Masters / MS / MPhil degree) in the relevant field of study by closing the application date.
- A two-second separation is allowed but the candidate for baptism should not have a second term in the council/final.
- Do not enroll for a Master or Ph.D., or MPhil leading Ph.D., UK university before September / October 2022.
- You have not yet started and are currently enrolled for a Master or Ph.D., or MPhil leading Ph.D., in your country or elsewhere.
- Have potential administrator support from at least one UK university listed on your application form. (Ph.D.)
- Being able to afford to study in the UK without this course
- Two references were submitted online in the UK application process.
- You must obtain a minimum mark of 70% on the HEC Aptitude Test (HAT).

- Applicants have to submit online applications on the Commonwealth and HEC portal.
- In case the applicant fails to submit application forms online to ALL websites mentioned in Step (1) and Step (2) below, their application will not be considered for continued use.
Step #1 (Commonwealth Online Application)

Step#2 (HEC Online Application)
- Apply online on the HEC website: https://eportal.hec.gov.pk.
- After registering and completing your profile, please select “Foreign Study Opportunities” under the “Scholarship and Grant” menu on the left side of the online panel.
- When submitting an online application on the HEC website, attach a scanned copy of the Rs deposit Slip. 800/ -(non-refundable) give away to the HEC Online Account 17427900133401 in HBL, Category H-9, Islamabad for HEC Aptitude Test (HAT) will be taken from the Education Testing Council (ETC) ).
- All payments must be given to HEC by using the HBL website available at all HBL branches in Pakistan.
