The Romania State, through the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, offers the Romania Government Scholarship for non-EU citizens. The applications for this scholarship are open now. The Romania Government scholarship offers bachelor’s, master’s, and Ph.D. programs. Students can apply in any field except medicine, dental medicine, and pharmacy.

The Romania Government Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship that covers tuition fees, accommodation, registration fees, medical, and traveling allowance. There is no application fee to apply for this scholarship. More details about the scholarship are given below;
