Eid ul Adha Holidays Govt Notification | Eid-ul-Azha Holidays in Pakistan is public now all over Pakistan for all the govt and private sector institutes and offices as well as for the industrial sector.
ISLAMABAD: The federal government on Sunday announced a five-day holiday in the country on Eid-ul-Adha.

Official Notification of Eid ul Adha Holidays By Govt Of Pakistan:
ISLAMABAD: The federal government has issued a notification for a five-day Eid-ul-Adha holiday in the country against the suggestion of a three-day holiday by the Cabinet Division.
According to the notification issued by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), the Eid-ul-Adha holidays will be from July 08 to July 12.

Earlier, the Cabinet Division had sent a summary to Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif for approval of the Eid-ul-Adha holidays.
The Cabinet Division has proposed to celebrate the Eid-ul-Adha holidays for three days from July 10 to 12. The summary has been sent to Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif for final approval.
Maulana Muhammad Abdul Khabir Azad, chairman of the Central Route Hilal Committee, announced on Wednesday that Eid-ul-Adha would be celebrated across Pakistan on July 10 (Sunday).
Eid al-Adha, also known as the Feast of Sacrifice, is one of the two Eids celebrated by Muslims to commemorate Abraham’s willingness to sacrifice his son for God.
Traditionally marked by the slaughter of animals, whose meat is shared with family members and the poor.
The faithful slaughter their sacrificial animals in remembrance of the tradition of Abraham, which lasts for three days of Eid.
