How to submit an application for the Azerbaijan Government Fully Funded Scholarships 2024:
First Stage Application:
- Submit the appropriate documentation to the relevant Azerbaijani Embassy in your country by May 20, 2024, at 6 p.m. Baku time.
- These documents include the nomination form, diplomas or transcripts, a copy of your passport, a health status document, a CV or résumé, a motivation letter, and proof of English proficiency, if appropriate.
Second Stage Application (for nominated candidates)
- If your government has formally nominated you, go to the second level.
- From June 16 to July 1, 2024, applications can be submitted via the Study in Azerbaijan Centralized Admission Service (SIACAS) website (portal.edu.az).
- Log in to the SIACAS website and pick “Heydar Aliyev – International Education Grant” as the appropriate admission channel.
- Select up to two-degree programs from various higher education institutions in Azerbaijan.
Application Process Details:
- The SIACAS website allows you to monitor the status of your applications and receive alerts about future phases.
- Please apply within the designated timeframe: June 16, 2024 (12 AM) to July 1, 2024 (6 PM) Baku time.
Additional Notes:
- Applicants with different nationalities should submit a single application based on their chosen nationality.
- Only applicants who were formally nominated by their respective nations in the initial stage will be considered for the scholarship program.
