1.Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) – BI Consultant
Qualifications and Experience:
- BCS or equivalent with minimum 4 years experience or MCS (or equivalent) / MBA with minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- age: Should not be more than 35 years.
Responsibilities:
- Workflow in business process design and development and systems.
- Must be able to propose and validate solution options for requirements and lead solution design with business teams.
- Strong knowledge of business areas within CC&B such as meter reads, billing, payment processing, collections and field service.
- Extensive knowledge of CC&B operational and BI reporting/deshording
- Must have strong skills in ETL and warehouse design with hands-on experience
- Experience working with OBIEE and Power BI or QlikView/Qliksense
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical/executive level audiences.
2. Application Administrator (Digitization and Workflow Management)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors in Computer Engineering/ Electronic with minimum 2 years of experience in Workflow Management with Digital Transformation.
- age: Should not be more than 35 years.
Skills Required:
- Excellent understanding of document management systems and digitization.
- Knowledge of logging, tracking and auditing with awareness of digital onboarding.
- Sound knowledge of business applications/workflow management
- Integration of document management systems with other business applications.
- Must have experience with enterprise level document management systems with administration and user management.
- Good knowledge of various scanning formats and tagging in the system.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Document management system certification will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of document management systems, workflows, user management, reporting and integration with other business applications.
- Configure and maintain DMS servers and workflows, including system health and performance monitoring, to ensure high levels of performance, availability and security.
- Implement best practices for new and existing solutions.
- Proactively ensure the highest level of system and infrastructure availability.
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Backing up and recovering servers and mitigating security risks.
- Writing and maintaining technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Recommendations for future upgrades.
3. System administrator for remote monitoring systems
Qualifications and Experience:
- Fresh Bachelor in Computer Engineering / Electronics. Candidates having experience/knowledge of .NET application development with administration and management with database experience.
- Age: Should not be more than 32 years.
Skills:
- Excellent understanding of server hardware and technology.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases with application and administration based on remote monitoring.
- Good understanding of facilities infrastructure.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Windows systems certifications will be a plus.
- Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.
G, VMware, HyperV) - Well-developed and comprehensive understanding of computer science principles, basic networking concepts. Understanding of OSI network layers, TCP/IP, routers, switches, systems and servers such as AD, Email, DHCP, DNS and system and network security.
- Good knowledge of Windows Server 2016 or higher administrative tasks, such as installation, configuration, management, shutdown, security, patching and updating.
- Proven experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Wintel/Linux based environments.
- Computer Skills: Server hardened with Remote Monitoring System, MS SQL, Web
- Application Server (IIS) and IT Security.
Responsibilities:
- Support network segments, Internet and intranet systems.
- MAZIK global experience will be a plus.
- Implement best practices for existing remote monitoring system (Mazik Global).
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
- Proactively ensure the highest level of system and infrastructure availability.
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify potential solutions, and work with developers to implement these fixes.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Perform server backup and recovery and reduce security risks on all servers
