1. SUTD President Graduate Fellowship (Ph.D.)
- Full tuition fees
- Monthly stipend of:
- S$3,500 (Singapore Citizens)
- S$3,200 (Singapore Permanent Residents)
- S$3,000 (International Students)
- CPF contribution (Singapore Citizens only)
- Annual conference funding support
2. SUTD Ph.D. Fellowship
- Full tuition fees
- Monthly stipend of:
- S$2,700 (Singapore Citizens), raised to $3,200 after passing the Qualifying Exam
- S$2,200 (Singapore Permanent Residents), up to $2,700 after passing the Qualifying Exam
- After passing the Qualifying Exam (International Students), the fee is doubled to S$2,500.

For full-time Ph.D. program applicants, SUTD administers the following scholarships:
Industrial Postgraduate Programme (IPP) of the Economic Development Board (EDB)
