Pu Notification | No Need For NOC in PU | NOC Not Required any more notification from the Punjab University has officially eliminated the need for a no objection certificate (NOC) for admission to graduate and postgraduate programmes from the higher education institution that it most recently attending. The registrar’s office (Registration Branch) issued a notification in response to the syndicate’s decision to accept notification No. 15-54/COORD/2019/HEC/SAD/222 at a meeting held on December 17, 2022. The need for submitting the Migration Certificate/NOC provided by the Higher Education Institution most recently attended as a condition for admission to the graduate/postgraduate programmes is therefore dismissed.
This will take effect on the date specified in the previously mentioned notification. The Pro-Vice-Chancellor, the Chairman of the Admission Committee, the Deans of the Faculties, the Principals of the Constituent Colleges, the Directors of Institutes and Centres, the Public Relations Officer, the Secretary to the Vice-Chancellor, and the Secretary to the Registrar all receive copies of the announcement.
Previous students should be asked to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC Certificate) from their most recent Institute as proof when applying for admission to Punjab University. However, Punjab University has now removed this restriction. Without a NOC, students can apply for admission in PU.
