HEC Research Awards 2023 for Pakistani Researchers and Scholars is open for all Pakistani candidates who have any research contributions. HEC invites Pakistani scholars/researchers to submit applications for the HEC Research Competition. The aim of the HEC Research Awards is to recognize and reward research, advance knowledge and health in society, and promote publishing with high impact. Award Categories:
The awards will be divided into three broad categories:
- Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities, Law, Education, Management, or Public Policy
- Physical Sciences, Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
- Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Agriculture, or Veterinary Sciences
Guideline on how to How to Apply for HEC Research Awards 2023 for Pakistani Researchers and Scholars:
- All applications should be submitted by applicants through HEC’s online portal research.hec.gov.pk.
- Applicants need to fill all the sections of the online application form and upload all the mandatory documents in PDF format.
- curriculum vitae of the applicant; CVs should be in a standard format (maximum 2 pages) covering personal details, education and employment history, research projects, publications, patents, awards, service contributions, etc.
- Three letters of endorsement: from three endorsers on the recommended endorsement form.
- Copies of publications in support of the information provided eg copies of research articles, books, patents etc
- A short 2-3 minute video clip to demonstrate evidence of research excellence and the lasting impact of innovation to applicant/publication credit.
