- Applicants must be international students.
- Applicants must have completed a bachelor’s degree.
- Applicants must have good learning outcomes.
- The applicant must have knowledge of English.
- SINGA does not require a specific English Literacy certificate as it may be tested during the interview. However, an English language certificate may be required by each university.
- Singaporeans or baptismal candidates who have completed higher education in Singapore cannot apply.
- Applicants wishing to apply for a master plan are not eligible.
- Only candidates who want to pursue their Ph.D. in science and engineering are eligible.
- Ph.D. courses in social science, humanities, economics, etc. are not eligible.
